How We Work
Here at NOTHS, we embrace a remote-first approach to work, recognising the value of flexibility and the diverse talents that remote teams bring to the table. Our remote work culture is designed to empower our employees, foster collaboration, and create a community that transcends physical boundaries.
So, what is remote-first?
In July 2023, after several years of blending remote and in-person working, we embraced a remote-first working model.
Under this framework, all of us operate remotely, convening as teams at regular intervals that suit each team best. These gatherings serve various purposes, including ideation sessions, hackathons, or simply fostering valuable face-to-face interactions.
Every quarter, we hold a Get Together and the whole company meets for a fun-filled day (with no shortage of food!) with some special guests... our small brand Partners!

Staying flexible
There are so many reasons why flexibility is so important here at NOTHS...
Maybe you work better early in the morning, or later in the evening.
You may have childcare responsibilities- like school runs, clubs, or appointments.
We all have stuff to do! Whether that's going to the shop, popping for a run, or just having a lie-in in the morning. We don't judge.
Above everything, we encourage NOTHS-ers to plan their work around their energy and other life priorities, as much as possible.

Getting together
Every quarter, we hold a Get Together in London. Spending time together in person is super important in making sure we all stay connected.
Typically our day consists of strategy & business updates, group activities, and everyone's favourite- Partner workshops! We invite some of our small brand Partners in to talk us through their stories & give us some hands-on time with their products.
